RICHMOND, VA -- Feb 16, 2009 -- CSI, a leading Central Virginia Systems Integrator, announces a new look and enriched functionality for its website. CSI is in its 23rd year of providing innovative systems integration solutions to our customers.  Our success has come from our ability to listen to our clients, and to translate their true needs into practical solutions by leveraging the experience and technical strength of our staff of over 70 employees, combined with strategic partnerships with the industry’s most respected vendors.

Our new website boasts improved navigation, faster load times and Web enhancements that include updated coding, adding a more user-friendly interface to the site functions.

The Miracle League Has Come To Richmond!

Haven’t heard of The Miracle League? Since 1997, The Miracle League has made it possible for children with physical and mental disabilities to achieve the same dream as their healthy peers: to play baseball. Through sponsorship funding and volunteer commitment, The Miracle League builds specially equipped fields incorporating a cushioned synthetic turf that allows children in wheelchairs and walkers to glide unrestricted to their positions without fear of injury. In other words, it provides a level playing field where children with physical and mental disabilities can hit, run, and catch—just as they envisioned in their dreams!

CSI is very proud to be a sponsor of this effort to bring these “Fields of Dreams” to Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico and the City of Richmond. Consultation Services

Designing systems correctly involves considerably more than just selecting pieces of equipment. While the features and functions are important, the effects of acoustics, aesthetics, architecture, lighting, power, environment and operational ease must also be taken into consideration. CSI’s real world experience gives us a unique perspective on system design and consultation.

By applying the latest advances in the sciences of lighting and sound, and using computerized acoustic room modeling, we design systems that work right—the first time. We evaluate the impact of the systems on your building architecture, electrical systems, HVAC system and building structure. We coordinate and exchange information with your Architects and Engineers.

The end result? You do not have to buy four systems before you get the one that meets your needs. In the end, it’s your system—designed after a thorough needs-evaluation with your coworkers—followed by a scientific, logical, and real-world design and budget approach.

Design Services

Our philosophy of do it right—or don’t do it at all—begins with system engineering and design. Market specialists work with engineers and system designers to assure that each customer’s true needs are addressed in our system designs. Ease-of-use, expansibility and reliability are the benchmarks of our material selection process. CSI’s engineers and designers apply their real world experience and technical expertise to each system design.

Through continuing staff development, CSI’s designers stay abreast of current technology, changing trends, and new product development and application. This staff experience, combined with contemporary testing and analysis software and hardware, allows CSI to deliver properly designed and fully functional systems to our customers—systems that will meet the clients immediate needs and allow for future growth as those needs change.
